AshtonHale secures approval for 72 affordable homes in Oldham

We are pleased to share that planning permission has been granted for 72 new affordable homes at Rosary Road, Oldham.

Working on behalf of Vistry Group, AshtonHale supported the successful planning submission for the brownfield redevelopment, which will deliver a mix of two- and three-bedroom homes, including both social rent and rent-to-buy tenures.

The scheme forms part of wider regeneration ambitions for the area, bringing much-needed high-quality affordable housing to a well-connected site in Oldham.
