Planning Application Submitted for New Care Home and Retirement Living Community

We’re pleased to have submitted a planning application in Bollington on behalf of Liberty Care Developments and McCarthy & Stone for a new care home and retirement living community.

The proposals would transform an industrial site off Albert Road into a purpose-built 75-bedroom care home, alongside 40 high-quality retirement living apartments overlooking the reservoir.

The development would help meet the growing need for specialist accommodation for older people in the area. The complementary uses have been carefully designed to reflect Bollington’s mill heritage, while creating a modern, supportive environment for future residents.
