Public Consultation on Brewery Lane Masterplan Goes Live

We are delighted to be working with Axis-RE, Marco Living, and a great consultant team on this project and to share the emerging proposals for the Brewery Lane Masterplan in Lancaster.

The proposals will transform a key 3 acre site in the wider Canal Quarter into a truly mixed-use scheme that will include the reinvention of the Grade II listed Mitchells Brewery and deliver significant new public realm.
