Planning Application Submitted for 475,000 sq ft Kendal Industrial Development

AshtonHale has submitted an outline planning application on behalf of developer Watch This Space to Westmorland and Furness Council for a major new industrial development in Kendal. Known as ‘Flock’, the 475,000 sq ft scheme would sit on 34 acres east of Shap Road, north of Meadowbank Business Park, and could deliver up to 1,200 jobs and around £65m in economic value. The application was prepared in collaboration with CINNS Limited and Jonathan Davidson.
