Vistry Group Submits Plans for 66 New Homes at Mile House Farmstead, Leighton West

A planning application has been submitted to Cheshire East Council on behalf of Vistry (Manchester & Cheshire East) or 66 homes at Mile House Farmstead, Leighton West. The proposals include demolishing the existing buildings.

Located wholly within the Cheshire East Local Plan Strategy allocation LPS 4: Leighton West, Crewe, the scheme will provide 100% affordable housing across a range of sizes and types. The proposed mix responds to identified local need, the site context and the character of the wider Leighton West neighbourhood.

The proposals also include on-site public open space and landscaping. They form part of a wider allocation where substantial green infrastructure, including open space, allotments, play areas and green corridors, is already being delivered across Leighton West.
