Application Submitted for 53 New Homes at 188 Wilmslow Road, Fallowfield

AshtonHale has submitted a full planning application on behalf of Views for 53 homes at the former USDAW headquarters on Wilmslow Road in Fallowfield, Manchester.

The heritage-led proposals involve partially demolishing the late-20th-century office extensions and carefully refurbishing the early-19th-century Oakley Villa. The villa will be restored and converted, retaining its key architectural features while forming the centrepiece of a high-quality residential development within its grounds.
